Selling My Soul...

Hello friends, hope your weather is sunnier than
mine...dreary and raining here on the farm!

I never thought in a million years I would ever sell my Soul,
but it's true, I am selling my Soul...KIA SOUL that is!

If you have been following my blog since day one,
you may remember these photos from my
2nd post back on April 23, 2014,
titled "Soul Searching."

I absolutely fell in love with my Mocha Kia Soul
when I bought it new back in 2014!

I love, love, love it so much that I decided to
upgrade to a new 2016 model.

Saturday morning, bright and early we drove up to the
small town of Lakeville just outside of Minneapolis
to bring home my new Soul!

I was planning on driving it to the same place I
photographed my Mocha Soul, but to my
surprise I woke up to a very dreary
rainy day!

Unfortunately, it was raining when I took these
photos this morning...

Tadah...please meet my new 2016 White Soul!

My very first white vehicle...even my license plate matches!

I can hardly wait to get a nice picture when the sun is
shining!

Oh well, at least I'm getting a free car wash!

While I was taking the photos of my car,
you'll never guess who I caught trying to get away with
something in broad daylight...

Caught this little fellow stealing a black walnut right
out of my basket on the back porch!!

I would definitely say he's working overtime if
he's out gathering nuts in the rain!!

While we were driving to Lakeville we passed this
unique building...

We think that maybe it's a Korean Shrine?

Does anyone from Minnesota recognize this and
know what it is?

This Temple is a Cambodian Buddhist Temple,
thank you Catherine for sharing with us!

Very impressive!!

Small towns are full of special sights, like this
Semi trailer stopped at an intersection,
but look at the car stopped next to the Semi...

Ready, set....GO!!

I love listening to the click~clack on the pavement!

Does anyone from near by recognize this small town?
(If you guessed Viroqua, Wisconsin...you are right!)

Howdy there!

Little Sparrow Pinkeep Club News...

Yes, it's that time, I've got lots of ideas flying around
in my head for the upcoming fourth kit due to
ship in December.

But, before I can get things rolling I must finish up
with getting Humble Hare Handwork kits
shipped out.

  Hopefully, by next week I'll
be able to sort through all my ideas
for Little Sparrow!

Can you believe it's already November 16th!

The heat is on...I'm sure all Turkey's are feeling STRESSED!

Weekly Soul Food...

"Come now, and let us reason together, saith
the Lord:  though your sins be as scarlet, they
shall be as white as snow; though they be red
like crimson, they shall be as wool."

Isaiah 1:18...KJV

A happy heart warms the soul!

Kindly, Tammy

  1. Happy Thanksgiving Tammy and family: I am looking forward to receiving the next Sparrow kit, I have been stitching away on my other Scattered Seed Kits.
The Temple you are asking about is a Cambodian Buddhist Temple, it is beautiful, the Buddhist are such peaceful people.

    Blessings
    Catherine
I love the horse and how he or she is looking at the camera so sweet.

  5. Your new Soul is just cute, cute! Enjoy it. It must be something to see the horse and buggys out and about. Their horses are certainly bomb-proof what with a noisy 18 wheeler right next to it. Sneaky squirrel (chipmunk?)! No I cannot believe it's now the 17th! Time is going by just too fast. Have a good week!
