A Stitch in Time ~

Welcome & Happy Friday
needlefolk friends!

Nothing better than ending the week with
needle and thread in my hands...

Finished charting the design for
the Early Maiden Workbasket Club's
next release...only enough time
 for a few stitches!

I'm really excited to see how my model
turns out...this will be something I've always
wanted to make!

Something very practical to tuck into
 your favorite workbasket!

More updates to follow!

~:::~

My daily walks have been so inspiring,
getting outside with fresh air and
lots of sunshine!

Admiring the sights and sounds of a
quaint small town neighborhood...

Tulips peeking out to soak up the sunshine!

Pine trees loaded with little pine cone sprouts!

Love hearing the dogs barking, kids playing,
lawn mowers, people working in their
yards...always such a nice break from
my quiet country life on the farm!

~:::~

BUT, I also dearly love the sights & sounds
that you can only find in the country...
The sound of chickens clucking would
be my favorite!

My son Sam took a couple great marsh photos...

What a great shot...three Canadian Geese
resting on top of a Muskrat House!

Like the saying goes;
'Birds of a feather flock together'
Three Mallard ducks just drifting along
enjoying the gorgeous weather!

FARM SHOP
WILL BE CLOSED ON SATURDAY

Taking a break to enjoy Mother's Day weekend
 with my two favorite guys...husband Bill & son Sam!

Weekend Soul Food...

Strength and honor are her clothing;
and she shall rejoice in time to come.

She openeth her mouth with wisdom;
and in her tongue is the law a kindness.

She looketh well to the ways her household,
and eateth not the bread of idleness.

Her children arise up, and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praiseth her.

Many daughters have done virtuously,
but thou excellest them all.

Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a
woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her
own works praise her in the gates.

Proverbs 31:25~31...kjv

Mothers are like buttons...they hold everything together!

Hope you enjoy a fun & relaxing weekend,
Kindly, Tammy
