Busy Hands...

~ Welcome dear needlefolk friends ~

Hope you're all enjoying these lazy
days of summer!

Bee Samplar Update...

Good news...the design is finally all charted!

The chosen linen is Weeks Dye Works
36ct "Tin Roof...
I'm ready to cut the linen and decide on thread colors.

Can hardly wait to start pulling threads on this
new design!

This pattern will be released to all three of my
distributors and will also be available through my
Etsy shop...just as soon as possible!

Schoolgirl Samplar Club Update...

In just a very short time it will be August,
which means it's time for the second club release!

I'll be sharing the chosen linen the first week in August...
it's a perfect choice for this next release!

There is still time to join...

Memberships are available through my Etsy Shop,
please click HERE for all the details...I would love to
have you as a new stitching friend!

Life is so short and it's so important to enjoy
the time the Lord has granted us...

Do you do what YOU love ~ and love what YOU do?

Do you love to work willingly with your hands?

Do you have your own special space where you
are surrounded with wonderful sewing needfuls?

Perhaps you have an old iron that was your
grandmothers...those little pieces of our past can
bring such peacefulness to our little
sewing corners!

~ My soul is fed by needle & thread ~

Thursday was spent in the emergency room at
Mayo clinic...I was stung twice on the
same arm by a WASP!!

I've always had a very bad allergic reaction to
insect bites.

While living in Texas years ago,
I had two very close calls from
"Red Fire Ants" and a "Scorpion" bite...
both were nearly fatal for me!

I'm looking forward to all the
quality stitching time during my

Weekend Soul Food...

Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me.

Cast me not away from Thy presence;
and take not Thy Holy Spirit from me.

Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation;
and uphold me with Thy free spirit.  ~Amen~

Psalm 51:10~12...KJV

This has long been by favorite passage ~
so soothing to the soul!

Many wishes for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!
